Shipping

Your merchandise order will be dispatched from our distribution center within a timeframe of 5 to 10 business days. Standard ground delivery typically takes an additional 1 to 8 business days for the shipment to reach its destination. Ground shipments may be carried out by FedEx or USPS. If you prefer expedited delivery, options such as 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air can be selected during the checkout process. With these choices, in-stock items will be shipped on the same day with a FedEx delivery guarantee. Please note that all orders made after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed on the following business day. Shipping costs are calculated in accordance with real-time FedEx rates. It's important to be aware that FedEx does not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days.

Returning an Item

  Please note that returns are available for customers based in the US only.
• 
  ⦁ The item/s must be in the same condition you received them in, with all original hangtags and packaging. You can return within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• 
  ⦁ Please fill out our Returns Form online and arrange a pickup date and time.
• 
  ⦁ Once the request for pickup service has been confirmed, the item/s will be collected at no extra cost.
• 
  ⦁ Premier Soccer Official will attempt to collect the item/s three times, excluding weekends and holidays. Once the third and final pickup attempt has been made, and the driver is unable to collect your package, we reserve the right to cancel the return where no reimbursement will be made.
• 
  ⦁ Exchanges: All items should follow the returns process, and a new item will be shipped for the replacement returned item.

Getting a Refund

• 
  ⦁ Once the item has been evaluated and it is eligible for return, we will issue you a refund for the amount of the item/s purchased. The refund will be credited back to the original card payment. For Cash on Delivery, the refund will be e-store credit on your Premier Soccer Official account.
• 
  ⦁ From the time we have received your item/s and approved the return, the refund will be issued within 2 to 5 business days.
• 
  ⦁ Please note that the refund can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.

Instructions for Defected/ Damaged Item/s

• 
  ⦁ If you feel that your item/s is defected in any form, please mention how and what is damaged in your return form. This way, we can better understand what is wrong with the item/s once we receive it back in our warehouse.
• 
  ⦁ The item/s must be in the same condition that you received them in, with all original hangtags and packaging.
• 
  ⦁ We only accept damage returns within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• 
  ⦁ If the item/s is deemed to be in normal condition and has no manufacturing defect, then we will return the item/s back to you without a refund. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
• 
  ⦁ Please note that we do not refund or replace: Item/s that are not in original condition and packaging, damaged items due to misuse, or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are within the 14 calendar days.
• 
  ⦁ We do not accept items that have been altered.
